- Proactively hunt, expand and develop customer portfolio assigned, by mapping the market, cold calling, visiting existing and prospective customers, quoting and presenting our end-to-end supply chain solutions, based on assigned targets.
- Accountable for delivery of Additional Business and contract renewal targets for the assigned customer portfolio.
- Deliver Ocean and Logistics & Services volume and Gross Profit/ Yield targets while remaining focused on relationship building.
- Develop solid long-lasting customer relationships with decision-makers on all levels and generate new business.
- Ensure constant flow of opportunities into the pipeline to hit volume and revenue target, conduct regular pipeline review and align with hygiene standards.
- Support the resolution of Commercial and Operational reported customer issues, including interventions with customers to resolve escalated issues
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and an excellent customer experience
- Negotiate contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's short&long-term goals
