- Overseeing the preparation and presentation of dishes to ensure quality and consistency
- Supervising and training junior kitchen staff (Cook B and C), providing guidance on food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ensuring kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are met at all times
- Monitoring inventory and placing orders for food and kitchen supplies as needed
- Assisting in menu planning and recipe development with the Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Ensuring the timely and efficient preparation of food during service hours
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Participating in regular staff meetings and contributing to improvements in kitchen operations
- Taking responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work areas during and after service
- 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality, or the luxury industry
- Α Degree/Diploma in culinary will be considered an asset
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Very good knowledge of English language.
