- Manages all company’s operations and coordinates their activities to ensure they are efficient and up-to-date
- Assumes responsibility for all company’s departments and supervisors with review & approval responsibility for all operations’ employees
- Develops internal operational processes, analyzes & reviews all existing ones and proposes improvements utilizing sophisticated digital tools and applications in alignment with company’s strategic priorities
- Communicates customer issues with operations’ team and devises ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Facilitates top management in the development and review of annual budget, the provision of business specifications, analysis, reporting, etc.
- Manages company’s Human Resources activities and participates actively in the recruitment, training and development of employees
- Acts as the liaison between top management and company’s operations regarding the coordination, management and success of new projects or business initiatives
- Performs forecasting, budgeting, variance and financial analysis using statistical techniques
- Reviews reports, interprets data, analyzes results and presents data in a clear and meaningful way according to business needs
- Leads all relevant/pertaining activities to ensure that company’s services are delivered effectively and according to company’s quality standards
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complies with legal regulations
- Analyzes and improves organizational process and workflow, employees & space requirements, and equipment layout; implements changes
- Contributes operations’ information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepares and completes action plans; implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolves problems; completes audits; identifies trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree in one of the above disciplines is strongly preferred
- Relevant working experience of more than 5 years; previous experience in Business Analysis will be considered as a strong asset;
- Proven experience in the development of processes, policies, procedures with a continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced analytical skills with focus on the re-engineering of processes and procedures
- Familiarity with analytical & visualization tools such as Qlikview and Power BI
- Strong leadership and people management skills and prior experience in leading large teams
- Strategic approach combined with advanced communication skills that enable them to address coherent messages to diverse people and hierarchical levels
- IT savvy with focus on digitalization and familiarity in relevant programs/systems
- Working knowledge in CRM
- Fluency in communicating in both Greek and English language.
