Your main purpose Mission : As a Guest Relations agent, you will design tailored hospitality experiences for our customers by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service. Arrival: Greet all arriving in-house guests to emphasize personalized service. Escort guests to the room. Show and inform about all the hotel facilities. Write and distribute guest letters, cards, invita-tions, and several gifts. Tailored service: Liaise closely with Reception, Housekeeping, and F&B regarding VIP amenities and special requests. Monitor guest satisfaction and report all guests' feedback. Distribute Internal Ques-tionnaires to the guests upon departures. What will you bring Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything. Proven experience as a Front Office Receptionist, ideally in a 5* resort or hotel environment. Fluency in English. A good command of another language would be a plus.
