- Provide excellent service as ICT help desk, answering incoming calls, collecting requests, delegating work and providing 1st level support to the users.
- Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments.
- Answer incoming calls, prioritizes issues, works and assigns them to the ICT administrators.
- Departmental Paperwork, filing of checklists and of daily procedures.
- Be Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field.
- Be an excellent communicator in English (written and spoken)
- Have excellent organization and communication skills with high ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of voice and data network technologies, general hotel operations, Fidelio/Opera Management System and related ICT would be appreciated.
