We are Entersoft a leading business software and services provider in South East Europe and the Middle East for ambitious enterprises of all sizes and verticals. We offer an integrated business software suite with ERP, CRM, Retail, WMS, Mobile, e-Commerce, HRMS and e-Invoicing as well as a range of software for Verticals such as Pharma Distribution and Pharmacies, Retail, Real Estate and others. We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the Sales team of Entersoft Worklife, an innovative HRMS, offering customer-oriented Payroll and Human Resources Management solutions to businesses. About the Role Identify market opportunities for business growth Liaise with existing clients and engage potential ones Present and demonstrate HRMS Discuss HRMS needs with clients and suggest the most suitable solutions Submit offers for sales processing and negotiate agreements with clients Capture key customer feedback and deliver to internal teams Build and maintain trustful and long-term relationships with customers Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and reach goals Provide sales reporting and bring new ideas for improvements Maintain accurate and detailed records of all partner interactions and activities in the customer relationship management system (CRM).
