Deliver exceptional in-game support to German-speaking players via chat and email.
Troubleshoot and resolve gameplay issues, account discrepancies, and technical challenges.
Accurately document player interactions and resolutions in the support system.
Collaborate with game developers and support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Engage with the gaming community to provide assistance and share best practices.
Stay informed about game features, updates, and trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or gaming support is a plus.
A strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with gaming platforms and common technical support practices.
