- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a resolution for customer needs.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyzing customer feedback to determine satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop retention strategies.
- University degree in Finance or Banking will be considered as an asset
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role, preferably in the forex industry.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and computerized environments.
- Financial market knowledge and trading are preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday -Morning shift(11:00-19:00).
