Customer Retention Agents(English speakers)-Athens On-site

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build and maintain a resolution for customer needs.
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and loyalty.
• Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyzing customer feedback to determine satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop retention strategies.

• University degree in Finance or Banking will be considered as an asset
• Fluency in English and proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role, preferably in the forex industry.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and computerized environments.
• Financial market knowledge and trading are preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday -Morning shift(11:00-19:00).
