Field Service EngineerThe position holder will be employed by 360 Connect, a subsidiary of Vodafone Greece.Main Purpose of the Role:
The primary objective of the role is to resolve technical issues at the customer's premises, aiming for the immediate restoration of service and the delivery of high-quality support, ensuring a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Identify and report technical issues related to service faults

Resolve technical problems and customer requests promptly and professionally

Collaborate with Engineers, Team Leaders, and other Departments to mitigate risks and improve operational performance

Promote Vodafone products and services to enhance the overall customer experience

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

Experience in a technical support department

Strong communication skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Problem-solving abilities

Initiative, responsibility, and a sense of urgency

Adaptability and ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing needs

Knowledge of fixed telephony products and services

Required Technical/Professional Qualifications:

Degree or Certification from a Technological Institute or relevant technical school

Excellent command of Greek and English (both spoken and written)

Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

Previous experience as a Field Technician is desirable

Strong understanding of xDSL technologies (POTS/VoIP)
