Manage inquiries, reservations, and service requests from Portuguese-speaking clients

Keep accurate records of guest interactions and service transactions
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure effective service delivery
Gather and utilize guest feedback to continually improve service quality
Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
