- Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries via phone or email
- Accurately log issues, feedback, and requests in our customer service database
- Handle complaints in line with company policies and ensure timely resolutions
- Troubleshoot issues using support documentation, system tools, and your own problem-solving skills
- Recommend solutions and provide helpful information to resolve common questions
- High School Diploma or higher
- Native/Fluent in Croatian
- Proficient in English (C1 level)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Flexible Work Options:
- Permanent contract if working from our Athens office
- Option to work remotely from anywhere in Greece (6-month renewable contracts)
