Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product inquiries, order statuses, and returns
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and current fashion trends
Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve services
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Support marketing initiatives as needed to promote our brand
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the fashion or retail industry
A genuine passion for fashion and awareness of current trends
