We offer office based, hybrid and remote work on permanent and consultancy contracts all over the world, making us the true global employer of choice.Work closely with the Trading Team, Sportsbook product team, backend development team, online and retail commercial team to develop a vision and strategy for development of the Sportsbook features and backend relevant tools.What you'll be getting up to:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Partner with the Director of Sportsbook and Trading team to gather and refine requirements for sportsbook backend functionalities.
Partner with the Director of Sportsbook, Trading team, Commercial Team and third-party feed vendors to gather and refine requirements for sportsbook feature / trending functionalities
Analyse and translate complex sportsbook and trading business needs - including 3rd party integration, risk management, wager limits, settlement, and reporting into clear, actionable user stories.
Own the backend trading tool and sportsbook feature end-to-end, ensuring that features support operational efficiency, accuracy, and market responsiveness.
Validate requirements against regulatory constraints, market trends, and operational KPIs before passing them to development.
Backlog Management:
Maintain and prioritise the backend squad backlog, ensuring it reflects current sportsbook operational priorities and trading demands.
Define precise acceptance criteria for backend features, making sure stories are testable, measurable, and understood by the development team.
Balance short-term fixes for live operational issues with long-term roadmap deliverables.
Communication and Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant parties.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
Proactively update stakeholders on delivery progress, risks, and technical dependencies.
Documentation and Quality Assurance:
Work closely with quality assurance teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria for backend features.
Maintain detailed functional documentation for backend tools, integrations, and system flows.
Roles in General:
Attend Scrum Ceremonies during the delivery of product development projects to ensure they are within agreed timescales, specification, quality, and usability.
Undertake thorough reporting on all relevant areas of our product, particularly around areas of direct Product ownership responsibility.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience 5 years working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in Sports Betting and iGaming Industry.
Strong understanding of backend technologies and architectures, including trading tool and APIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
