Our client is looking for multilingual AML/CFT Compliance Officers in Athens-locals only!Join our client's team as an AML/CFT Compliance Officer and Atypical Operations Specialist, where you will review suspicious transaction alerts in accordance with regulatory standards and client-specific procedures. This on-site role offers consistent weekday hours, weekend shifts for French speakers, and attractive bonuses to reward your performance.About the company

With advanced tools, training, and career opportunities, it fosters innovation and inclusivity to create transformative business experiences.What will you do?Analyze alerts and cases in order of priority and within defined timeframes, adhering to regulatory and client proceduresConduct due diligence and gather all necessary documentation for case analysisPerform enhanced reviews of AML/CFT and financial risks using client-provided analysis scenariosDocument decisions clearly to ensure compliance and audit readinessEscalate high-risk or complex cases to senior staff or clients as neededStay informed on evolving AML/CFT regulations and financial crime typologiesCandidate profileExperience in fintech, banking, AML, or KYCProficiency at C1/C2 level in supported languagesEnglish proficiency at B2 levelStrong analytical skills and ability to work under pressureAvailable to work on-site in AthensEmployer offersFixed working hours: 10:00 to 18:00Weekend shifts for FR team: 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per monthOn-site employment€1,050 gross monthly salaryUp to 10% monthly performance bonus€100 welcome bonus for the first 12 monthsMultilingual Jobs Worldwide
