Konica Minolta is actively seeking a Sales Account Manager in the Digital Industrial Print sector. The current IP portfolio consists of Inkjet technology, Label printing & finishing, spot UV/foil and corrugated packaging. As the frontline of Konica Minolta, our Sales representatives are vital to our overall success. Engaging with our customers at every step, sales professionals are responsible for building client relationships and helping them meet their business needs through their on-going knowledge of current products and services. Your job description: • Business Development and Sales related to Konica Minolta IP portfolio • Manage existing and prospect clientele through consulting, customer care and need identification • Monitor, understand and analyze business operations of customers • Formulate innovative ideas, generate proposals and execute strategic action plan • Be comfortable in face-to-face and remote (online/phone) communication General Requirements: • Knowledge of the Production Printing Market and Graphic Arts Market, the technology and methodology of digital printing (Dry toner and inkjet) • Pre-printing and post printing knowledge will be considered an asset (prepress-post press) • General knowledge of IP products and printing industry • Working experience in the sales field minimum 4 years • Negotiation and Sales skills, creating of trust relationship to the customer • New portfolio creation and maintenance of current customers portfolio • Able to present to customers and market experts • English spoken and written literacy / Microsoft literacy • Driving license Ideal Background: • Work experience in corresponding positions. • Experience in packaging, labeling & commercial printing houses • Eager to learn and expand What we offer: • A dynamic and developing business environment • Attractive package • Opportunities for growth • Health insurance, Company mobile phone, Company car and laptop
