
Field Service Engineer

- Identify and report technical issues related to service faults
- Resolve technical problems and customer requests promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with Engineers, Team Leaders, and other Departments to mitigate risks and improve operational performance
- Promote Vodafone products and services to enhance the overall customer experience
- Experience in a technical support department (optional)
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving abilities
- Initiative, responsibility, and a sense of urgency
- Adaptability and ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing needs
- Knowledge of fixed telephony products and services
- Degree or Certification from a Technological Institute or relevant technical school
- Good command of Greek and English (both spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Previous experience as a Field Technician will be considered as a plus (but not required)
- Understanding of xDSL technologies (POTS/VoIP) will be also considered as a plus (but not required)
