You'll drive technical innovation, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver production-grade, scalable systems in diverse business domains.As a Senior AI Engineer you will:

Leading the design, development, and deployment of Machine Learning and GenAI solutions in production environments.
Guiding the implementation of advanced NLP, Computer Vision, and predictive modeling use cases.
Driving prompt engineering and fine-tuning efforts for Large Language Models (LLMs).
Mentoring and supporting junior AI engineers and data scientists in best practices.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, and data teams to translate business needs into impactful AI solutions.
Contributing to the development of MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
Staying ahead of AI trends and tools, ensuring we leverage the latest research and technologies.
Ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed AI systems through robust testing and monitoring strategies.

QualificationsWhat would make you a fit for the role:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of building and deploying ML/AI models at scale.
Strong hands-on experience in Python, ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow), and GenAI frameworks.
Proficiency in designing and implementing production-ready solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with RAG systems, LLM fine-tuning, vector databases, and embedding models.
Solid understanding of MLOps principles and familiarity with tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
A proactive mindset and passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
