Each property assimilates and is designed to highlight the unique characteristics of its host location within a carefully selected setting rich in Greek history, culture, and stunning landscapes.As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a talented and visionary Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Manager.Position SummaryThe Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate all construction and renovation activities related to our Group's hospitality projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and high-quality standards in alignment with the brand's aesthetics, guest experience goals, and operational functionality. The Construction Manager ensures that projects are completed efficiently, safely, within budget, and in full compliance with legal and environmental regulations.Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Lead and manage the construction team, including contractors and subcontractors.
Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
Create and maintain detailed construction schedules to ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and standards.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to align construction plans with project vision.
Monitor progress and conduct regular site inspections.
Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, preferably with hotel or large-scale projects.
Proven expertise in project budgeting and cost control.
Strong knowledge of scheduling tools and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate across disciplines and manage multiple stakeholders.
