- Lead all stages of the resort's opening, from concept to full-scale operation, ensuring adherence to brand SOPs and world-class service standards.
- Proven international exposure, either through professional experience abroad or in globally recognized brands.
- Collaboration with above Property Team (Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance)
- Oversee and coordinate key departments: Operations, Rooms Division, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Spa & Wellness, Retail, HR, and IT.
- Build, mentor, and empower leadership teams, fostering a collaborative, people-first culture.
- Act as the main liaison with the corporate brand team, ensuring consistent brand alignment and positioning.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, operational KPIs, and financial performance to drive continuous improvement and profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Play a strategic role in establishing the resort's reputation in local and international markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
- Minimum of 4-5 years' experience as a General Manager or senior Operations leader within a top-tier international luxury hospitality brand.
- Experience with managing member rewards and privileges.
- Proven track record in pre-opening projects and managing complex operational structures, with a focus on flawless execution and innovation.
- Extensive international exposure through professional experience abroad or collaboration with globally recognized brands, showcasing cultural adaptability.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and empower teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Deep understanding of operational excellence, guest satisfaction drivers, and revenue growth strategies.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered a strong asset.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with an out-of-the-box mindset and a solutions-driven approach.
