- Manage and prioritize a pipeline of potential customers, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing and commercial team to build a sales strategy for generating new prospects.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Develop monthly sales and inventory reports to ensure targets are met and report to Management any deviations.
- Maintain a database of all prospective customers, contact details and status of sales activity.
- Oversee contract maintenance, monitoring, and renewals and participate in discussions with management to discuss improvements on sales process.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship- building skills.
- Advanced business writing and oral skills both in Greek and English.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of the supply chain industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, or any other related field.
- 4 – 6 years in related role. Experience in International Markets will be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
