Located within - the new multidimensional city destination of Athens, this new luxury hotel marks a new chapter in Athenian hospitality offering an unparalleled experience in the city's vibrant cultural and historical center.We are seeking an experienced Head Concierge to be a vital part of our guest services team at Conrad Athens The Ilisian. As the Head Concierge, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by anticipating their needs and providing personalized assistance tailored to their preferences.Your extensive knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events, coupled with your strong network within the community, will enable you to offer unique experiences and recommendations that enhance our guests' stay. This role is vital in ensuring that every guest feels valued and receives expert guidance throughout their time at our luxury hotel.Responsibilities

Lead and manage the concierge team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, dining, transportation, entertainment, and cultural activities.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care, ensuring prompt resolution.
Maintain a strong network of contacts within the local community to provide unique experiences and services to guests.
Coordinate transportation, reservations, and special requests for affluent guests.
Continuously enhance knowledge of local events and attractions to provide guests with tailored suggestions.
Monitor and evaluate concierge operations, implementing improvements as necessary.
Work closely with the Front Office Manager and Guest Relations team to enhance the guest experience.
Upload Conrad’s brand values in all concierge interactions, reflecting elegance, professionalism, and personalized care.
Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and local regulations.
Conduct regular training and briefings to keep the team informed of local events, new services, and Conrad/ Hilton standards.
Manage concierge budgets, inventory (e.g., tickets, brochures), and supplier relationships.
Prepare and maintain daily reports, shift schedules, and performance metrics.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury hotel concierge role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
In-depth knowledge of Athens and surrounding areas, including cultural events, dining, and attractions.
Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in training and developing a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Technology proficient, familiar with concierge management systems and hotel software, specifically Opera PMS, is a plus.
