Respond promptly to client inquiries or concerns regarding their bookings with professionalism and efficiency.
Keep informed about current trends in entertainment and local regulations to provide accurate and useful information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and promote positive experiences.
Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve service offerings.
Requirements
Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is a must.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the entertainment industry is highly desired.
