Netcompany's SAP team works on innovative projects, utilizing the latest, cutting-edge SAP technologies (SAP BTP, S/4HANA) and industry-specific solutions (ISU and IS-OIL), across a wide range of sectors (Consumer goods, Education, Utilities, Telcos, Banking etc.)As a SAP Consultant - Team Lead you will:

Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants in a specific module (FI, CO, SD, MM, PS, PM, etc.).
Manage SAP implementations, rollouts, and optimization projects.
Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and provide strategic SAP solutions.
Oversee system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Ensure SAP best practices are followed, enhancing system efficiency and performance.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
Provide guidance on SAP S/4HANA transformations and cloud migrations.

QualificationsWhat would make you a fit for the role:

8+ years of experience in SAP consulting across various modules.
Proven experience in leading SAP teams or projects.
Strong expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and implementation.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage stakeholders, deadlines, and project deliverables.
Availability to travel if needed.
