- Leading a team of talent acquisition specialists, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure individual and team success fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture;
- Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals;
- Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to fulfill staffing requirements;
- Continuously refining the organization’s selection process, including the adoption of appropriate interview techniques and assessment methods;
- Coordinating recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process;
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies in talent acquisition and recommending innovative approaches to enhance recruitment efforts;
- Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other partners to support recruitment efforts as needed;
- Producing and analyzing data to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness;
- Providing regular reports to senior management on team performance and hiring trends;
- Ensuring our Applicant Tracking System is up to date, so as to effectively monitor the recruitment process;
- Designing job descriptions and interview questions that best reflect each position’s requirements;
- Collaborating with the company’s Employer Branding team, so as to align on campaigns and market approach;
- Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events to increase company visibility; and
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
- BSc/MSc degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
- At least 5+ years of proven work experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role;
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices;
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members;
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making;
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other relevant HR tools, as well as social media utilization;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving recruitment goals;
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
