- Native Spanish speaker with excellent command of the English language.
- Proven work experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Present, promote, and sell myTeam to academies and sports clubs using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Identify appropriate prospects and manage the sales cycle to close new deals
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos based on the needs of each sports club.
- Analyze the market potential and perform customer research as well as regular competitor monitoring
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
- Qualify and identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
