JUST ONE, on behalf of a its client, a leading company in the maritime engineering sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to support field operations in the Cathodic Protection Engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing on-site engineering tasks, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This role also involves customer engagement, including site visits, needs assessment, development of initial execution plans and budgets, and presenting tailored technical proposals. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Oversee and coordinate engineering activities on site, ensuring effective execution of projects and compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Identify and resolve technical issues, and prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and compliance records.
Visit customer sites to identify needs
Prepare project budgets, schedules, proposals and resource allocation plans.
Present and defend proposals and technical solutions

Requirements

Bachelors' degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the engineering sector.
Any experience in business development and or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and contracts.
