We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Ancillary Specialist to join our team!You will be a key player in ensuring the quality and smooth operation of our value-added products, such as Check-in, Fast Track, SMS products, and e-visas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to exciting projects and making a real impact on our customer experience. You will work closely with Product Managers, internal stakeholders and external partners.What you will do:

Monitor and ensure the high-quality performance and fulfillment of our ancillary products.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ancillary fulfillment and quality, escalating when necessary.
Work with suppliers and B2B partners to maintain a high-quality end-to-end product experience.
Assist in launching new products and increasing the market coverage of existing ones.
Identify and analyze coverage gaps and suggest areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the customer service and back-office teams to address and act on quality issues.
Help define and set up customer feedback loops to turn customer insights into actionable improvements.

Requirements

Experience from the travel industry, preferably within ancillary products, process management, or a similar field.
A business-oriented and results-driven mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to getting things done.
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, Looker, or Qliksense.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
