
Ancillary Specialist

- Monitor and ensure the high-quality performance and fulfillment of our ancillary products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ancillary fulfillment and quality, escalating when necessary.
- Work with suppliers and B2B partners to maintain a high-quality end-to-end product experience.
- Assist in launching new products and increasing the market coverage of existing ones.
- Identify and analyze coverage gaps and suggest areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the customer service and back-office teams to address and act on quality issues.
- Help define and set up customer feedback loops to turn customer insights into actionable improvements.
- Experience from the travel industry, preferably within ancillary products, process management, or a similar field.
- A business-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to getting things done.
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, Looker, or Qliksense.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
