- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Microsoft business clients
- Handle cases across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
- Log and manage cases in internal systems
- Investigate root causes and provide structured solutions
- Escalate complex cases appropriately
- Maintain strong professional relationships with business customers
- Contribute to high customer satisfaction through technical expertise and communication
- Fluency in German + strong English skills
- Degree or background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar
- 2–3 years of helpdesk or system administration experience (medium to large businesses)
- Experience supporting business clients (B2B environment)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
