Product Development Specialist - 04.2024

• Contribute with innovative ideas for new products; define the scope, features and specifications with suggestions based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for the product and to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
• Analyze competitor's products, offers and commercial campaigns in order to produce insights and suggest appropriate actions when needed.
• Monitor product's performance after launch and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and /or enhancements.
• Guide and monitor the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and successful project completion.

• BSc in Marketing / Business Administration / Engineering is a must; Master’s degree in a relevant field will be considered a strong asset.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, in product development, pricing, customer segmentation etc., ideally in the telecom, energy or services industry.
• Exposure in retail marketing, including acquaintance with promotional activities and communications.
• Experience in handling large databases in Microsoft Excel or other tools.
• Analytical and numerical skills with a focus on extracting data-driven, business oriented conclusions.
• Ability to balance technical innovation and out of the-box-thinking with practical business considerations.
