Providing information about products, services, and brands
Resolving technical problems and providing solutions to customer questions.
Efficient handling of customer complaints, clarification of their needs and determination of the cause of the problem.
Promoting and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and gentle communication

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:The Contact Center Representative we are looking for should have:

At least 2 years experience in a similar role in the household appliances - electronics or similar sector
Fluency in English both written and oral
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
Sales skills and experience is a plus
Collaboration and teamwork skills
Eager to learn and grow continuously
Outstanding customer service approach
