- Assist Hebrew-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide support for product inquiries, account management, and troubleshooting issues.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure complex client queries are resolved effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions to support quality improvement efforts.
- Collect and assess client feedback to identify areas for enhancement in service delivery.
- Stay informed about product updates and best practices in customer support.
- Engage in continued training and skill development opportunities.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Prior experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
