To grow our Operations Team we are searching for a motivated and skilled (Senior) Logistics Coordinator, who will be working at our Greek entity in Athens. Tasks: You support Arviem Operations Team and clients with device logistics requests You plan and coordinate device logistics services with several 3PL's You support device inventory control You create and work with data-heavy Excel reports You provide remote technical support and analysis of our IoT devices You cooperate closely with our Logistics Team in Germany Your Competences: BSc/MSc Degree in International Logistics or relevant work experience Knowledge of logistics processes and procedures A strong affinity to technology and IoT devices Very good knowledge of Ms Excel Strong customer orientation Proven fluent English on at least C1 level is a must Fluent Arabic, French or Chinese language will be considered a plus Data analytics skills a plus Ability to work remotely and independently within an international team and logistics partner network A self-starter who takes initiatives and ownership of tasks A fast-learner and multi-tasker who flourishes in a highly dynamic work environment What we offer: Arviem AG provides an exciting, modern and international work environment with growth opportunities We run challenging projects around the globe with some of the leading companies in the world We will guide you through an in-depth introductory phase We keep quick decision-making and start-up spirit alive We keep great team spirit alive and an open-minded attitude.
