- Perform daily operational tasks related to receivables management, customer and clients requests;
- Checking of invoicing process for Clients & External Partners DCAs, Legal Firms;
- Checking and reconciliation of Clients' & External Partners' invoices in comparison with legal documents and identifying inconsistencies;
- Support processes documentation;
- Design reports for monitoring process performance;
- Strong cooperation with Business & Systems Analysts to map processes to systems and utilize systems capabilities for efficient, fast and optimized processes;
- Support the External Partners Management Team in training material preparation;
- Support the External Partners during day-to-day operations and clarifications;
- Periodically review and evaluate processes efficiency, documentation accuracy and perform change/alignment/improvement actions;
- Provide business requirements to the implementation teams based on Process Design Procedure;
- Support Internal Audit requests and clarifications;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience in the NPLs industry for at least 3 years;
- Knowledge of Collection/Restructuring/Legal procedures;
- Experience in collection CRM; Experience in Qualco Collections System will be considered as a plus;
- Highly motivated, attention to detail and high level of ownership;
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
- English fluency and strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; an agile delivery plan; and exceptional attention to detail.
