Our commitment to trust, credibility, and responsibility has made us a trusted partner for leading domestic and international companies.We are now looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join our Western Macedonia office and contribute to the growth and success of our consulting services.Role PurposeWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Plan Consultant with strong financial and accounting background to support the preparation and submission of investment proposals under the Greek Development Law , RRF and other funded national and European programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach.You will work closely with SMEs and internal stakeholders to prepare accurate, well-documented and financially sound business plans tailored to public funding requirements.Key Responsibilities- Draft and submit business plans to national and EU programs (Development Law, NSRF, Recovery and Resilience Fund, etc.)
- Provide technical support, management, and supervision of business plans within co-financed programs
- Analyze and interpret company financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
- Prepare and justify capital expenditure budgets and funding structures (Equity, Loan, Grant).
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver effective consulting solutions
- Ensure compliance with program requirements and deadlinesRequirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Postgraduate degree is a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience in consulting services especially in Greek Development Law or RRF
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, ratios, forecasting, and cash flow modeling.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Greek & English (additional foreign language is a plus)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
