Supply Chain Coordinator

• Responsible for compiling and distributing supply chain reports.
• Update daily/weekly reports concerning stock levels and availability.
• Providing an overview of market demand in coordination with Sales and Product Management.
• Long-term resource management planning for preparing long term delivery materials and facilities by discussing the demand for mid- and long-term period (4 to 6 months) in advance.
• Analyzing stock levels and collaborating with Sales and Product Management to optimize inventory turnover.
• Track and analyze forecast versus actual sales, stock availability, orders, and production schedules.
• Oversee direct shipments, inbound logistics, and production planning.
• Facilitate communication and reporting between Sales, Product Management, and Logistics.
• Preparing materials for meetings to highlight supply and demand challenges, enabling quick decision-making by management.
• Maintaining regular communication with all relevant parties in the supply chain, including HQ, factories, distribution centers, and the logistics team.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• High attention to detail.
