- Management of call center agency on a regular basis to ensure a strong level on knowledge for new launces/ changes on portfolio
- Handle escalations from consumers and provide feedback while being first point of contact for agents
- Effectively translating insights into action points with consumer centered mindset to achieve optimal consumer experience
- Creating/Adapting decks and providing trainings to ensure call center is prepared for upcoming launches/ product defaults
- Conduct reports regarding product defectiveness and consumer feedback and present to senior stakeholders
- Manage salesforce platform and resolve bugs in a timely manner
- Understand all organization products, procedures and guidelines
- Raise PO and support on budget tracking
- You are a fluent user of English and native in Greek
- You are an advanced user of MS Office - particularly excel and powerpoint
- You have SAP and invoicing processes (PRs/POs) experience
- You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar
- You have 1-2 years of experience in Marketing area
- Digital Savvy, experience with websites will be considered a plus
- Ability to think and act independently
