Oversee the daily operations of the resort to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.
Manage and mentor department heads to foster a positive work culture and improve operational efficiency.
Handle guest relations and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with marketing to promote the resort and enhance its visibility in the marketplace.
Monitor financial performance, budget adherence, and cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the resort.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or in other managerial positions in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of hospitality management best practices and standards.
Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, fostering a positive work environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is an advantage.
