∙ Participate in the design and negotiation of project financial clauses, financial solutions, and business models, and promote the acquisition of high-quality contracts
∙ Work with the delivery project manager to prepare a project revenue and cost budget
∙ Be responsible for project budget and monthly forecast
∙ Monitor the project revenue and cost to fulfill the budget
∙ Overview project monthly P&L and analyze variances
∙ Ability to analyze trends and differences, analyze the root causes of business changes, and have the ability to drive business improvement
∙ Prepare the project financial operations report and dashboard
∙ Offer support to the Project Manager or CFO with other related activities (meeting support / issues follow up / information collection etc.
∙ Responsible for data collection from the internal systems and publishingRequirements:∙ Two years in project finance controller is preferred
∙ Bachelor’s degree in finance
∙ Expert in the use of MS Office suite with emphasis on complex spreadsheet design and maintenance
∙ Knowledge of project management
∙ Open to work in a strong multicultural environment
∙ Strong communication ability and logic thinking
∙ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities
