Deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.
Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Provide accurate information about airline policies, services, and promotional offers.
Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry developments and airline updates to deliver knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
Fluent in French (native proficiency) and proficient in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is advantageous.
Willingness to work remotely and adapt to a flexible schedule.
