- Communicate solutions clearly and effectively through various channels
- Document all client interactions and issues in our support ticketing system
- Guide clients in best practices for utilizing our products optimally
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues when needed
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your technical expertise and customer service skills
- Collect customer feedback to suggest improvements to our support offerings
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and effectively
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
- A customer-centric attitude and willingness to assist clients
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
