The Company is headquartered in Vienna, Austria with operations across the globe.About the Role:We are seeking a talented and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing high-performing mobile advertising campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our global clients. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to stay current with digital and mobile marketing trends and best practices. The role is based in Athens however its exposure and impact are global!Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective data-driven performance marketing campaigns across various mobile channels utilizing OTM’s Mobucks platform
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum return of investment (ROI)
A/B test mobile advertising channels, creatives, message copies, landing pages, and user acquisition strategies to optimize performance
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with cross functional teams (creative design, Ad operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution
Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance to clients
Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile marketing trends, platforms, and technologies to ensure our campaigns are cutting-edge and highly effective

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MSc is a considered a plus
2-3 years of experience in digital and mobile marketing, with a focus on performance marketing. Programmatic experience will be considered a plus
Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques
Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for mobile marketing campaigns (e.g., CPI, CPA, ROAS)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Proficiency in digital and mobile advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Firebase, AppsFlyer or other
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
