- Organize and maintain sales documents, files, and record.
- Input sales orders, customer information, and other relevant data into the company's systems.
- Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Process sales orders, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
- Respond to supplier/sales/customer inquiries and provide information about services.
- Address and resolve administrative issues or challenges that may arise.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.

- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in Italian, English and Greek (writing, reading and speaking) is a must.
- High level of proficient in MS Office Applications (mostly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar position.
