Position summary Exciting times ahead for our Fintech Department and we are looking for a highly motivated and talented Senior Communications Specialist to support the team’s new initiatives and products! Your role will be pivotal in building and implementing communication strategies that resonate with our organization's goals, especially within the domains of Digital Insurance and the Fintech added-value services Ecosystem. Seize this unique opportunity to shape our new fintech initiatives and contribute to their successful market penetration, while directly supporting company growth! You will be responsible for developing communication plans and creating compelling content to target audience, managing social media platforms and conducting market research to identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who can adapt their writing style for different audiences, possesses excellent organizational skills, and is able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective communication plans and strategies that align with the company’s vision and the Fintech Organization’s business objectives related to new initiatives and beyond. Develop marketing designs and execute marketing communications campaigns through online and offline channels regarding the launch of new Fintech products so as to enhance brand visibility, generate demand and penetrate successfully in the market. Manage agencies and third party relations to implement activities that are aligned with our goals. Create and edit engaging and impactful communication that resonates with target audiences for various communication channels, including social media platforms and the website. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages. Manage and monitor social media platforms to increase audience engagement and reach. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of messaging and brand guidelines. Organize initiatives and the participation in relevant conferences and events so as to boost brand awareness. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for communication as well as for brand differentiation and growth. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to provide regular reports on the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust strategies accordingly. Requirements: Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or Business subject areas 5-7 years of working experience in a similar position within a growth oriented, fast-paced corporate environment, ideally in a Fintech, Digital Insurance or tech company Ability to understand Fintech strategy Preferably native speaker in English or fluency using English orally and in written Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills with the ability to adapt writing styles for different audiences Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes and experience in managing social media accounts Working knowledge of Google Drive and/or MS Office Copywriting and editing skills Familiarity with design software and content management systems will be a plus. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and honor deadlines Self-motivated with ability to take ownership in a fast growing environment Ability to act proactively, take initiatives and pay attention to detail High level of response & integrity combined with eagerness to work in a multicultural, international environment subject to continuous changes Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment subject to continuous changes and multiple priorities Benefits: We are looking for people who would make the world smaller for travelers but want a bigger world of opportunities for themselves.
