- Contribute to the successful development and launch of new or updated products and features.
- Gather market research/opportunity analysis associated with a potential new product.
- Work proactively and collaboratively with teams across the business to ensure all aspects of product development, launch and in-market support are considered early in the business case and product design phase.
- Undertake maintenance and improvement activities for each product in market, to ensure continued relevance and positive customer experience.
- Provide support documentation required for internal development or change requests.
- Contribute to the production of regular and ad hoc reports related to the development or performance of all exams in the portfolio.
- Input relevant product content to the Marketing team, including positioning, key messaging, pricing etcs:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Junior Product Manager, Project Management or similar role
- Bachelor’s in marketing, business, or related field. Master’s degree a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English is required (C2 level certification desired,
- Extensive knowledge of one of the following sectors; English Language teaching, general education, or accreditation will be a plus
- Familiarity with all elements of product management from discovery to delivery
- Proven ability to evaluate product feedback objectively, and propose solutions to address business needs
- Experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns, experience in B2B product marketing would also be a plus
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties around the world
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging problems

- If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
- A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
- HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
- Financial background check
- Employment reference check.
- If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
