- Provide technical support for software applications, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot application-related problems, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and disruption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and application functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to implement and support integrated solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, training materials, system configurations, troubleshooting steps and best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in applications support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degrees are considered a merit.
- Good T-SQL/SQL knowledge
- Experience with Sales systems and other Mobility
- Experience with applications support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user training.
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical issues (hardware and Software Skills), complemented by the ability to excel within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively analyze complex business processes and requirements.
- Ability to prioritize, cope with complexity, results oriented and strong communication skills.
