COLD SIN (DELTA FOODS’ subsidiary) is the ice cream distributor in Greece of well-known companies such as Mars Hellas SA and General Mills SA (Häagen-Dazs). With a commitment to delivering great experiences to our customers, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as Application Support Engineer.Job SummaryThe role holder will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our software applications. By analyzing business processes he/she will identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to enhance the performance and functionality of our applications and through technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, he/she will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our systems.Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for software applications, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot application-related problems, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and disruption.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and application functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to implement and support integrated solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, training materials, system configurations, troubleshooting steps and best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in applications support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degrees are considered a merit.
Good T-SQL/SQL knowledge
Experience with Sales systems and other Mobility
Experience with applications support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user training.
Strong problem-solving skills for technical issues (hardware and Software Skills), complemented by the ability to excel within a collaborative team environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively analyze complex business processes and requirements.
Ability to prioritize, cope with complexity, results oriented and strong communication skills.
