- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and on-site assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.
- Assist in maintaining IT documentation, inventory, and user guides.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or external vendors as necessary.
- Conduct routine system checks and software updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Support the onboarding process by setting up new employee workstations and accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with Office 365, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
