- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet according to the hotel's standards and hygiene protocols (HACCP)
- Ensure all food items (hot and cold dishes, baked goods, fruits, juices, coffee, etc.) are fresh, visually appealing, and properly labeled
- Replenish food items consistently and monitor food temperature and quality throughout service
- Support basic food prep under the guidance of the chef when needed
- Assist in preparing and serving staff meals (breakfast & lunch)
- Maintain a clean and organized buffet area, including the service stations, counters, and dining area
- Follow food safety regulations and proper handling and storage of food items
- Greet and assist guests with buffet service in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about available items and handle special requests (allergies, dietary restrictions)
- Report inventory needs and shortages to the Executive Chef
- Cooperate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth breakfast operations
- Previous experience in buffet setup or breakfast service preferred
- Basic food handling knowledge and hygiene awareness (HACCP certification is a plus)
- Strong sense of responsibility, cleanliness, and guest service
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Greek or additional languages is a plus
- Ability to work early morning shifts and as part of a team

- Menu Expertise: Present menus, answer questions about dishes and beverages, and make personalized recommendation
- Order Accuracy: Take and relay orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and other service staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation
