About the RoleAs a Communications Associate at Dialectica, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic internal and external communication initiatives to promote our mission, culture and products, and enhance our brand presence. This multifaceted role involves collaborating with internal and external teams, managing multiple projects at once, and coordinating various resources to deliver impactful messaging across diverse platforms. The role reports to the Global Head of Marketing and Communications.Responsibilities
  • Support the entire spectrum of internal and external communication activities, including All Hands meetings, company-wide memos, and employer branding events.
  • Write, curate, and publish various types of content including emails, articles, videos, and SoMe copies.
  • Contribute to the digital marketing efforts with creative concepts and messaging for social media campaigns.
  • Partner with the Client Service, HR, Talent Acquisition and Professional Development teams to create and distribute regular updates, newsletters, and announcements to employees.
  • Work alongside the head of the department, the senior management team and the external PR agency on press releases, interviews and articles.
  • Submit award entries to drive brand awareness and recognition in the Greek market.
  • Assist with ESG/CSR initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Experience in B2B environments would be an asset.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth mindset with a can-do attitude.
