Retail company with over 35 years of presence is currently looking for an HR Assistant to join their HR Team! Your role as an HR Assistant As an HR Assistant, you will support the Talent Acquisition and HR Administration team. By assisting in the internal and external recruitment processes, participating in the pre-boarding and onboarding, and managing the shift schedule and timekeeping systems, you will be responsible for proving the best candidate experience, as well as making employees happy. Your communication and organizational skills, as well as your passion for the HR field, will help you stand out in this role! Key Responsibilities Supporting external and internal recruitment processes, including opening positions in the Application Tracking System (ATS), advertising jobs in various job boards and internally, screening resume, scheduling interviews Keeping track of the interview stages, managing ATS, and communicating with Hiring Managers to make sure that the recruitment process runs smoothly Participating in the pre-boarding and the onboarding process by managing recruitment documents, communicating with new employees, gathering necessary information, and coordinating with key stakeholders accordingly Updating organizational chart Managing the shift schedule and the timekeeping system Participating in the implementation of processes for the Health and Safety at Work sector Administering employee benefits programs, including Telecommunication, Ticket Restaurant Cards, Leasing, and Employees expenses and addressing employee inquiries related to the them Creating and distributing documents/certificates for the employees and archiving documents Participating in the implementation of various HR/Payroll related projects such as company’s events, newsletters, trainings etc. Performing other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Administration Knowledge of ATS, HRIS is a plus Competency in Greek and English (written and oral) Communication and negotiation skills Time management and organizational skills Ability to work in a team Curiosity to learn and grow What we offer Competitive compensation package Opportunities to learn and grow within a dynamic and fast-growing company Friendly and collaborative working environment Special prices and discounts on healthcare, well-being, and insurance packages through a network of partners Employee discounts on company’s products and services
