• Communicate with candidates in Norwegian, conducting preliminary interviews and screenings.
• Collaborate with experienced recruiters to understand job requirements and client needs.
• Maintain records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress in our tracking system.
• Participate in training sessions to build your skills and understanding of the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute effectively to the team.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• No prior experience in recruitment is necessary; a strong desire to learn and grow is important.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
• Ability to connect with a diverse range of candidates and clients.
• Familiarity with social media and online recruitment tools is a plus.
